Fighting Illini Athletics is organizing a watch party for the Elite Eight at the State Farm Center on Saturday, March 30. The Illinois men's basketball team will face off against UConn, the defending national champion and No. 1 seed, at 5:09 p.m. CT. Doors open at 4 p.m. CT with free admission for all attendees.
The first 350 fans to arrive will receive a complimentary hot dog, provided by Illinois Student Affairs. During halftime, there will be interactive contests including knockout and 3-point shooting challenges, as well as trivia games.
Concessions will offer dinner options and drink specials, but attendees are reminded that outside food or drinks are not permitted.
For entrance and parking details, fans should use the west main gates of the State Farm Center. Parking is available for free in the northwest and southwest lots, and a clear bag policy will be enforced.
