Under head coach Shauna Green's leadership over the past two seasons, the Fighting Illini have achieved significant success. Additionally, they have recorded back-to-back top-five single-season home attendance marks.

The team's performance at home has been strong with a record of 24-8 at State Farm Center during Green's tenure.
