On February 14, Illinois travels to St. Louis to compete against Missouri, Iowa, and Alabama, followed by a road meet at Iowa on February 16. Washington visits Huff Hall for Illinois' final Big Ten home meet of the season on February 22.

On March 8, they compete against Western Michigan, Central Michigan, and Wilberforce in Battle Creek, Michigan. Their final home meet is scheduled for March 16 against Northern Illinois before heading to the Big Ten Championships on March 21.

In April, Illinois aims for its 21st consecutive NCAA regional appearance on April 2. Potential regional locations include Salt Lake City; Seattle; Tuscaloosa, Alabama; and University Park, Pennsylvania. The NCAA Championships will take place at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas.
