University of Illinois students have once again shown their enthusiasm for the Fighting Illini men's basketball team by purchasing all 3,000 student tickets for the State Farm Center in just 26 minutes. This marks the fourth consecutive year that Orange Krush student season tickets have sold out quickly.

In previous years, the tickets sold out in less than three hours for the 2021-22 season, in 36 minutes for the 2022-23 season, and in less than 24 hours for the 2023-24 season.

For those interested in attending games, priority ticket access is available through joining the I FUND. Upcoming on-sale dates include mini-plan tickets for I FUND members and the general public on September 25th, as well as single-game tickets available to different tiers of I FUND members from October 21st to October 23rd. General public single-game tickets will be available starting October 24th.

The Illinois basketball program has been successful under Head Coach Brad Underwood, achieving a record of 69-31 in Big Ten conference play over the last five years. The team has won Big Ten championships in three of the last four seasons and made four straight NCAA Tournament appearances. Last season, they reached the NCAA Elite Eight and finished sixth in the AP poll.

Looking ahead to the upcoming season, Illinois aims to continue its success with a reloaded roster. Returning players Ty Rodgers and Dra Gibbs-Lawhorn are joined by new additions from the transfer portal: Kylan Boswell (Arizona), Ben Humrichous (Evansville), Tre White (Louisville), Carey Booth (Notre Dame), and Jake Davis (Mercer). The team also welcomes newcomers Morez Johnson Jr., Will Riley, Kasparas Jakucionis, and Tomislav Ivisic.
