On Friday, February 23, former Lane Tech College Prep High School standout Ben Plumley’s current college team, the Illinois Fighting Illini, lost 17-9 in their NCAA Division I game against the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers.

The game took place in Conway, South Carolina. This was their first matchup against the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers this season.

The Fighting Illini’s next game is scheduled for Saturday, February 24 at 6:15 p.m. in Conway, South Carolina against Cincinnati Bearcats.
