Special Board of Trustees Meeting
The Special Board of Trustees meeting was held on 22 September 2023 at 10:30 a.m. at the Community Center. Roll call: Brown-present, Deer-absent, Estes-absent, Ponton-present, Seidelman-present, Spaulding-present, Bayler-present.
Public Comment: Nothing.
Motion by Ponton, 2nd by Seidelman to approve Resolution 2023-3 declaring financial commitment and support for submitting an application to the Illinois Department of Transportation for use of Safe Routes to School Funds to make infrastructure improvements that will improve walking and biking environments for students in the Village of Fisher, Illinois. Roll call vote: Ponton-yes, Seidelman-yes, Spaulding-yes, Brown-yes. Motion carried.

Motion by Ponton, 2nd by Spaulding to adjourn. Voice vote: all yes. Motion carried. Time: 10:32 a.m.
