The Special Board of Trustees meeting was held on 18 September 2023 at 5:00 p.m. at the Community Center. Roll call: Brown-absent, Deer-present, Estes-present, Ponton-present, Seidelman-present, Spaulding-present, Bayler-present.
Public Comment: Nothing.
Motion by Estes, 2nd by Seidelman to approve Ordinance 23-12 Rezoning of Property located at 204 W. Lincoln from Commercial to R2 Residential. Roll call vote: Deer-yes, Estes-yes, Ponton-yes, Seidelmanyes, Spaulding-yes. Motion carried.
Motion by Spaulding, 2nd by Seidelman to approve Ordinance 23-13 a variance from minimum setback requirements for property located at 28 Green Street. Roll call vote: Estes-yes, Ponton-yes, Seidelmanyes, Spaulding-yes, Deer-yes. Motion carried.
Motion by Spaulding, 2nd by Ponton to accept the bid by Dusty Vaughn not to exceed $15,000.00 for sidewalk and drainage work at the Post Office. Roll call vote: Ponton-yes, Seidelman-yes, Spaulding-yes, Deer-abstain, Estes-yes. Motion carried.
