The Cunningham Township Board met in regular session Monday, November 14, 2022 at 6 p.m. in the Urbana City Council Chambers.

With a quorum present Mayor Marlin called the meeting of the Cunningham Township Board to order at 6:11 p.m.

Presented by Supervisor Chynoweth. Shared the monthly expenditures including $44,961.50 from the Town Fund, $119,191.16 from the General Assistance Funds, and total of $164,152.66. Detailed expenditures can be found in the Town Bills report. Questions ensued.

VI. REPORTS OF OFFICERS
Supervisor Chynoweth shared updates from the last month recorded in the Supervisors Memo. Supervisor noted that the general assistance program remains stable and reviewed the service statistics month to date. As of November 1s the Township is 69% through the budgeted amount for the rental assistance program. Announced outcomes of community conversation with service providers and school districts to address family shelter needs. Shared that the Township would be applying for City ARPA funds and other grant opportunities. Introduced the utility shutoff assistance program.

Presented by Supervisor Chynoweth. Item renews the health insurance coverage plan with BlueCross and BlueShield of Illinois for the Cunningham Township employees. Questions and discussion ensued.
