Description

Untangle the Triangle
Employee leave and accommodations can create very confusing situations for employers. This is especially true because many laws may be in play at once. The Family Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and workers' compensation laws can occasionally create a perfect storm for employers. Join Scott Cruz, Chamber member and Labor and Employment Attorney at Greenselder, Hemker & Gale, P.C., as he discusses these laws and what each requires. Attendees will leave the webinar with a better understanding of their requirement under the law and the best practices for handling an employee needing a leave of absence or other medical-related accommodation.

Presenter:
Scott Cruz: Labor & Employment Attorney at Greensfelder, Hemker, & Gale, P.C.
