The second half of 2021: Olivet experienced a 5% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Olivet fell by $3,443 while total sales increased by 250%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $65,000 - a 5% decrease over the $68,443 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Olivet in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Olivet for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $846, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
