The second half of 2021: Home prices in Tilton increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Tilton rose by $17,000 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $58,500 - a 41% increase over the $41,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Tilton in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Tilton for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $762, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
