The home at 15574 Indiana Ave., Olivet was sold on Jan. 29 by Shirley Curry for $49,000. The buyer was Dianna Rickard.

So far in January 2021, this is the only property that sold in Olivet as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Shirley K. Curry has been registered to vote since 2008 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 15574 Indiana Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Lloyd H Curry, 83, and Shirley K. Curry, 76.
