On Oct. 29, Gary W. and Lora Reffett Sr. purchased a home at 2817 Townway, Danville from Robert F. and Lois Knapp for $120,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $2,547.68, 2.12% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of four sales so far in Danville in October 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Lois A. Knapp has been registered to vote since 1978 and has voted in at least seven primary elections, records show, including seven Democratic Primaries. Robert F. Knapp has been registered to vote since 1978 and has voted in at least eight primary elections, records show, including eight Democratic Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
