The home at 517 Mack, Westville was sold on Nov. 12 by Theresa Razmus for $113,000. The buyer was Thomas Tosh.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $2,180.48, 1.93% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Aug. 3, 2010 for $75,000.

So far in November 2021, this is the only property that sold in Westville as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Nancy L. Razmus, 81, was the only registered voter residing at 517 Mack as of Oct. 10, 2020.
