The second half of 2021: De Land experienced a 20.1% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in De Land rose by $15,750 while total sales increased by 450%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $94,000 - a 20.1% increase over the $78,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in De Land in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in De Land for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,270, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
