Pricing for the median home in Cerro Gordo decreased during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Cerro Gordo fell by $9,000 while total sales decreased by 5.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $93,000 - a 8.8% decrease over the $102,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Cerro Gordo in the second half of 2020.
