On Dec. 3, Blake A. and Lainy N. and Blake Smalley purchased a home at 114 E. N., Cerro Gordo from Marsha Porter for $80,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $1,250.60, 1.56% of the sale price of the home.

This property is the only sale in Cerro Gordo so far in December 2021 as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Marsha K. Porter has been registered to vote since 2006 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including five Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 114 E. N. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Marsha K. Porter, 73, and Daisy K. Sapp, 25.
