Monticello home prices fell in November 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Monticello fell by $19,800 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,200 - a 14.1% decrease over the $140,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Monticello in November 2020.
