The first half of 2021: Home prices in Monticello fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Monticello fell by $12,639 while total sales increased by 13.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 74 homes sold, with a median sale price of $152,362 - a 7.7% decrease over the $165,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 65 homes sold in Monticello in the first half of 2020.
