Rantoul home prices rose in September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Rantoul rose by $57,250 while total sales increased by 400%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,950 - a 72.7% increase over the $78,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Rantoul in September 2020.
