On Feb. 14, Andrea Baker and Home Point Financial Corp. purchased a home at 416 N. Van Dongen, Cerro Gordo from Craig Witts and Buena Vista National Bank for $123,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $2,379.14, which is 1.93% of the sale price of the home.

This property is the only sale in Cerro Gordo so far in February 2020 as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Craig A. Witts has been registered to vote since 2003 and has voted in at least four primary elections, records show, including four Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 416 N. Van Dongen as of Oct. 10, 2020: Shannon N. Witts, 21, Stacy L. Witts, 43, and Craig A. Witts, 47.
