On March 30, Chloe E. and Grant D. Lamar purchased a home at 502 Swisher, Danville from Bankchampaign, Lipa Martin, Lipa Mary S and Roth Ira Sd for $160,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $2,236.20, 1.4% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2021, 39 properties sold in Danville.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Martin L. Lipa has been registered to vote since 2011 and has voted in at least eight primary elections, records show, including eight Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 502 Swisher as of Oct. 10, 2020: Martin L. Lipa, 66, and Mary H. Lipa, 65.
