• Recognized Danny Danner as Commissioner for his work and service as Hoopeston Police Officer
III. Approval of agenda
• Motion Beauvois, 2nd Kearney
• Vote passed 2-0
IV. Approval of meeting minutes from last meeting
• Motion Kearney, 2nd Beauvois
• Vote Passed 2-0
V. Chief DeWitt report
• Pursuit policy is being cleaned up and hope to get it to the commission and staff in May
VI. Mayor Crusinberry report
• None

• None
• Motion Kearney, 2nd Beauvois to move to executive session at 9:10
• Vote passed 2-0
VIII. Executive Session
• Motion Kearney, 2nd Beauvois
• Motion to come out of executive session at 10:10
