Monticello home prices fell in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Monticello fell by $7,950 while total sales increased by 22.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 5% decrease over the $157,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Monticello in the first quarter of 2020.
