Median home prices in Mansfield rose to $105,500 in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Mansfield rose by $38,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,500 - a 57.5% increase over the $67,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Mansfield in the first quarter of 2020.
