De Land median home prices rose by 37.3% in 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in De Land rose by $21,250 while total sales decreased by 77.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $78,250 - a 37.3% increase over the $57,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were nine homes sold in De Land in 2019.
