Monticello home prices fall in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Monticello fell by $10,725 while total sales decreased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $154,275 - a 6.5% decrease over the $165,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Monticello in November 2019.
