Rantoul Area Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Nov. 15.
Our traditional Christmas Parade and Santa’s Workshop have been canceled.
HOWEVER, we still want to do something for the community to continue the Christmas spirit. We are looking for businesses or groups to set up a Christmas scene (vehicle or standing displays) for a drive thru option for the community.
