Paxton home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Paxton rose by $1,100 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $45,000 - a 2.5% increase over the $43,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Paxton in March 2016.
