Danville home prices fall in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Danville fell by $15,000 while total sales increased by 116.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $35,000 - a 30% decrease over the $50,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Danville in January 2019.
