Monticello home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Monticello rose by $54,100 while total sales decreased by 36.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $154,000 - a 54.2% increase over the $99,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Monticello in April 2018.
