Monticello home prices fall in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Monticello fell by $39,500 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 19.3% decrease over the $204,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Monticello in November 2018.

The median sales tax in Monticello for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,553, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for November 2019.
