Cerro Gordo home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Cerro Gordo rose by $59,353 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $99,453 - a 148% increase over the $40,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Cerro Gordo in the fourth quarter of 2017.
