Atwood home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Atwood fell by $14,050 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $51,450 - a 21.5% decrease over the $65,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Atwood in the fourth quarter of 2017.
