Cerro Gordo home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Cerro Gordo rose by $1,298 while total sales decreased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $60,500 - a 2.2% increase over the $59,202 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Cerro Gordo in the first quarter of 2018.
