Hoopeston home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Hoopeston rose by $13,800 while total sales decreased by 69.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $50,500 - a 37.6% increase over the $36,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Hoopeston in the third quarter of 2018.
