Urbana home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Urbana rose by $62,725 while total sales decreased by 96.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 51.3% increase over the $122,275 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 308 homes sold in Urbana in the second half of 2018.
