Monticello home prices fall in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Monticello fell by $4,000 while total sales decreased by 12.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 137 homes sold, with a median sale price of $146,000 - a 2.7% decrease over the $150,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 157 homes sold in Monticello in 2017.
