Fairmount home prices fall in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Fairmount fell by $33,250 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $49,000 - a 40.4% decrease over the $82,250 median sale price for the previous year. There were two homes sold in Fairmount in 2018.
