Monticello home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Monticello rose by $13,750 while total sales decreased by 3.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 132 homes sold, with a median sale price of $159,750 - a 9.4% increase over the $146,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 137 homes sold in Monticello in 2018.
