Oakwood home prices fall in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Oakwood fell by $60,450 while total sales decreased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $25,550 - a 70.3% decrease over the $86,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Oakwood in 2018.

The median sales tax in Oakwood for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,145, approximately 4.5% of the median home sale price for 2019.
