St. Joseph home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in St. Joseph rose by $3,900 while total sales decreased by 80.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $168,900 - a 2.4% increase over the $165,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in St. Joseph in the first half of 2018.
