Pesotum home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Pesotum fell by $13,750 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $131,500 - a 9.5% decrease over the $145,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Pesotum in the second half of 2017.
