Ridge Farm home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Ridge Farm rose by $52,500 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $63,000 - a 500% increase over the $10,501 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Ridge Farm in the second half of 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Ridge Farm for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,126, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2018.
