Rossville home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Rossville rose by $62,500 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $90,000 - a 227.3% increase over the $27,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Rossville in the second half of 2016.
