Danville home prices fall in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Danville fell by $3,000 while total sales increased by 36.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $36,000 - a 7.7% decrease over the $39,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Danville in November 2017.
