Monticello home prices rise in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Monticello rose by $18,500 while total sales decreased by 17.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $152,000 - a 13.9% increase over the $133,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Monticello in May 2017.
