BILLS: Review and approval of the Village’s bills* Exhibit #2

LAND BANK PRESENTATION: Pat O’Shaughnessy from the Vermillion County Land Bank will give a brief presentation.

PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: The Board welcomes your input. The Village has a resolution regarding public participation. The specifics are located at the end of the agenda.) ^

MAYOR’S DESK:

      • Discussion of the legalization of Recreational marijuana and the Village approach for January 1st.

STANDING COMMITTEES:

Finance, Personnel, & Economic Development:

      • Report on the Village audit.

      • Discuss and approve hiring of seasonal part time help.*

Sanitary Sewer: Nothing to report.

Parks:

      • Discuss and approve tree removal at Kolb Park*

Public Health & Safety, ESDA, & Sheriff:

      • Discuss and approve no parking on South Glover during the Community Festival*

      • Discussion regarding bicycle parking in the downtown.

Buildings, Grounds, and Equipment: Nothing to report.

Streets, Alleys, Sidewalk, & Drainage:

      • Discuss and accept bid for sidewalk repair*

      • Discuss and accept bid for road repair *

Attorney’s Desk: Discuss and approve the Ordinance regulating the use of landscape waste collections program.*
