Champaign home prices fall in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Champaign fell by $89,700 while total sales decreased by 98.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $78,000 - a 53.5% decrease over the $167,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 184 homes sold in Champaign in June 2018.

The median sales tax in Champaign for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,362, approximately 4.3% of the median home sale price for June 2019.
