Georgetown home prices fall in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Georgetown fell by $5,450 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $44,000 - a 11% decrease over the $49,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Georgetown in April 2017.

The median sales tax in Georgetown for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $987, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for April 2018.
